This luxury building with four floors at the “Nieuwmarkt” is equipped with more than you could wish for during your stay in Amsterdam. This historical old part of the centre is surrounded by (local)shops, restaurants, canals, redlight-district, China-town, coffeeshops and many more must see hot-spots.

Are you travelling with 3-6 persons and looking for an affordable, luxury and private stay in Amsterdam this is the ideal accommodation. Are you travelling with 1-4 persons, you can also book the accommodation separate. See Centra I or II

Groundfloor: Entrance on street level. Studio with double bed, sitting area, terrace (with BBQ) , luxury equipped kitchen. Bathroom with shower and toilet.

The other floors of this building have a separate entrance.

1st Floor: Living room with kitchen. Comfortable lounge area with satellite-TV and Nintendo.

2nd Floor: Large bathroom with bath, separate shower, toilet. Bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe.

3rd Floor: Second bedroom with double bed. Although this is the topfloor, you will have no problems to walk around the room straight up.

Other facilities: Wifi, intercom, dishwasher, dryer and washing machine.

This is a residential area, therefore we expect that guests fulfill the following rules of behavior and respect the neighborhood, the owners and those people who made it possible to offer you a pleasant stay in the accommodation.

- Do not disturb the neighborhood for any reason

- No hen/stag parties

Centra III Ideal Apartment

The Accomodation was ideal for my wife and some friends for New Year. The maid had forgotten to change the beds for our arrival. I called the owner who was very helpful indeed and had the maid clean the apartment at 6pm when we were out for diner. The Apartment was clean , tidy and was just as the advert showed. Location was very good,just off a large market square with all the shops and cafes nearby. I was on the ground floor at New Year and was not disturbed at all. I will book this apartment again and look forward to returning.
