This luxury apartment with three floors at the “Nieuwmarkt” is equipped with more than you could wish for during your stay in Amsterdam. This historical old part of the centre is surrounded by (local)shops, restaurants, canals, redlight-district, China-town, coffeeshops and many more must see hot-spots.

Are you travelling with 1-4 persons and looking for an affordable, luxury and private stay in Amsterdam this is the ideal accommodation. Are you travelling with 5-6 persons, you can also book the groundfloor (Centra III)

1st Floor: Living room with kitchen. Comfortable lounge area with satellite-TV and Nintendo.

2nd Floor: Large bathroom with bath, separate shower, toilet. Bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe.

3rd Floor: Second bedroom with double bed. Although this is the topfloor, you will have no problems to walk around the room straight up.

Other facilities: Wifi, intercom, dryer and washing machine.

Amazing

I stayed in this apartment for 4 nights and it was amazing. Hanny, the owner, went out of his way to wait for us as we had a late arrival and I was really grateful. All shops, groceries and entertainment are nearby and you could not ask for a more modern and convenient apartment. A full kitchen, free WIFI, British satellite TV, Washer/Dryer, Full Bath and Separate shower. All in all a great experience.If I come back to Amsterdam, I will stay here again.

The Accomodation was ideal for my wife and some friends for New Year. The maid had forgotten to change the beds for our arrival. I called the owner who was very helpful indeed and had the maid clean the apartment at 6pm when we were out for diner. The Apartment was clean , tidy and was just as the advert showed. Location was very good,just off a large market square with all the shops and cafes nearby. I was on the ground floor at New Year and was not disturbed at all. I will book this apartment again and look forward to returning.

Hi there! We stayed in CentraII, It was so nice, very luxury. Nice bedrooms, livingroom with a big tv and bathroom, It is in de middle of new market, nearby is a supermarket, also the redlight district, nice Chinese food restaurants and many many coffeeshops. Near the apartment you have Waterlooplein were you can visit The Rembrand House. All we needed was in walking distance, or we took the metro. We surely advice this apartment to other people! Thanks to directstay we had a great and relaxed time in Amsterdam.
